【Abstract】 With the economic development of China, demands of land using are changing. Revising the general plan of land utilization has started in the whole country. The issue of "rigidity" and "flexibility" in the plan should be balanced well in the process of revision. In revising the general plan of land utilization in Jiangjin, Chongqing, "rigidity" and "flexibility" in the plan are analyzed, and the combination of "rigidity" and "flexibility" in revision of the plan are exploresed by the design of some new methods, such as "cultivable land", "adjusted target" and "adjusted controlled area".更多还原
