微波消解氢化物发生-ICP-AES测定巴豆中砷锑铋
DETERMINATION OF ARSENIC,ANTIMONY AND BISMUTH IN CROTON FRUIT BY MICROWAVE DIGESTION HYDRIDE GENERATION INDUCTIVELY COUPLED PLASMA ATOMIC EMISSION SPECTROMETRY
【摘要】 建立了微波消解-氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱联用技术测定中药巴豆中砷、锑、铋的方法,并对微波消解、氢化物发生条件、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱工作条件等进行了优化选择,砷、锑、铋的检出限分别为1.5,1.9,1.2μg·L-1,相对标准偏差分别为4.1%,3.8%,4.2%,结果满意.
【Abstract】 A new method was proposed for simultaneous determination of trace arsenic,antimony and bismuth by microwave digestion hydride generation inductively coupled plasma atomic (emission) spectrometry (MD-HG-ICP-AES).The effects of operating parameters on determination performance were studied in detail.Under the optimal condition,the detection limits (3σ) of arsenic,antimony and bismuth are 1.5 μg·L-1,1.9 μg·L-1 and 1.2 μg·L-1,respectively.The relative standard deviations are 4.1%,3.8% and 4.2%,respectively.The method has been applied to the determination of trace As,Sb and Bi in Chinese traditional medicine croton fruit with satisfactory results.
