不同光照生境下生态林叶绿素荧光的变化

【摘要】 观测18个树种在三个不同郁闭度生态公益林样地(郁闭度分别为0.6、0.3、0)的叶绿素荧光Fv/Fro的变化,结果表明:①郁闭度越大,18个树种的Fv/Fm在各样地的平均数则越高;②喜光不耐荫比耐荫树种的Fv/Fm低,喜光又不同程度耐荫的树种则多数居于其间;③耐荫不喜光树种Fv/Fm的相对变率V%比喜光不耐荫的V%更大。利用叶绿素荧光测定可以为不同光照环境下的样地选择适宜的光适应树种。

【Abstract】 The Fv/Fm change of chlorophyll fluorescence of 18 tree species was studied in ecological forest sampling sites in different light environments that shade density was 0. 6, 0. 3, 0, respectively. The results showed that:(1) The greater was the shade density, the higher was the average values of Fv/Fm in sampling sites; (2) The value of Fv/Fm of shade -tolerant species was higher than that of shade -intolerant species, and the most were sun -loving species with different shade -tolerant degrees; (3) The Fv/Fm relative variable ratio (V%) of shade -tolerant and shade -loving species was higher than that of shade -intolerant and sun -loving species. The experiments showed that applying the chlorophyll fluorescence would be a good method to choose adapted species for the sites in different light environments.
