月季切花保鲜技术研究初报

【摘要】 以硝酸钙[Ca(NO3)2]、蔗糖(Suc)、比久(B9)和硫代硫酸银(STS)4种成分进行正交试验,筛选出月季切花保鲜的最佳瓶插液配方为4mmol/LSTS+1g/LCa(NO3)2+10g/LSuc。该配方处理有利于切花吸收水分、维持水分平衡、减缓花瓣组织膜相对透性上升的幅度,从而延长瓶插寿命;比较了浸基处理和喷洒处理对月季切花瓶插寿命和观赏品质的影响。

【Abstract】 With four components i.e.Ca(NO32, sucrose, dimethyl aminosuccinamic acid (B9) and silver trio sulfate (STS), an orthogonal test was carried out to compare the effects on fresh keeping cutting Chinese rose ( Rosa chinensis Jacq.). The results showed that the best effect formula for the preservation was 4mmol/L STS+1g/L Ca(NO32 +10g/L Suc, which could extend the lifetime of the vase flower significantly. The formula helps to prolong the flower’s life by benefiting the flower to absorb water and keep inside water balance, retarded the increase of relative plasma lemma permeability in the petals.
