【摘要】 在大田条件下,研究了在打顶前后喷施“吲哚乙酸”、“赤霉素”、“细胞分裂素”、“云大—120”4种植物生长调节剂对烤烟上部叶农艺性状和一些化学成分的影响。结果表明:打顶后5d喷施10mg/L细胞分裂素和30mg/L吲哚乙酸能显著提高烟株上部叶茎粗、叶长、叶宽;有效降低上部叶烟碱含量;提高总糖和全钾含量,能有效地调整糖碱比,对改善上部叶品质有良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of four plant growth regulators, indole acetic acid, gibberellin, cytokinin and Yunda 120 on the agronomic characteristics and some chemical components of upper tobacco leaves were studied in field around topping stage. The results showed that the stalk wide, the length and the width of leaves were significantly improved which were treated with 10 mg/L cytokinin and 30 mg/L indole acetic five days after topping, the treatment also reduced the content of nicotine, raised the total sugar and the total potassium and effectively adjusted the proportion of sugar to nicotine. It was well to improve the quality of upper tobacco leaves.更多还原
