【Abstract】 The tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dracaena concinna was studied. The result showed the best medium for tissue culture and rapid propagation of the plant was MS+BA1mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L,and the most suitable explant for the rapid propagation was 45d leafage plantlets (leaf length under 1.5cm,no more than four leaves).更多还原
