【Abstract】 Yam( Dioscorea opposita Thunb.) was an efficientcrop,used for food and medicine. Studing on the botany,physiology,yield and quality analysis of yam resources,a new yam variety “Guihuai No.2”has been selected from native resources.“Guihuai No.2”had high starch and rich mineral nutrition.This paper introduced the breeding selection process of the new yam variety,its characteristic and planting technique.更多还原
