施氯对大白菜生长和品质的影响

【摘要】 施氯1 .5 g/株可促进大白菜叶片的生长,提高净光合速率,使产量比对照提高9.3 %,NO3 -含量降低1 3 .9%,Vc含量提高1 6.9%,可溶性蛋白质含量提高2 0 .7%,糖酸比提高3 7.6%,品质得到显著提高;高浓度处理则使植株生长受到抑制甚至遭受毒害,产量和品质明显下降

【Abstract】 The treatment of 1 .5g chlorine per plant could improve the growth and net photosynthetic rate of Chinese-cabbage;contrast to the CK,the yield was enhanced9.3% ,NO3 - contentwas reduced 1 3.9% ,Vc was enhanced 1 6 .9% ,soluble-protein was enhanced 2 0 .7% ,sugar- acid ratio was enhanced 37.6 % ;the quality was enhanced significantly.While at high chlorine concentration,the growth was restrained and even the plantwas suffered toxicity by chlorine,atthe same time the yield and quality was decreased significantly.
