广西普通中学体育整体优化改革实验研究
Sports Optimization Reform in Guangxi Senior Schools
【摘要】 探索不同的学校体育模式,为落实每天一小时体育锻炼,根据学校自身的条件和特点,通过实验实施“234”含3+1体育作业.“234”体育模式:即每周2节体育活动,每天做3操:早操、大课间操(系列课间操、健力课间操、武术操)、眼保健操.3+1体育作业:学生每周自觉进行不少于3次晨炼,参加一次社区体育活动.实验结果表明,学生对新模式下的体育课、课间锻炼、课外活动等方面态度有明显变化.喜爱运动的学生参与率逐步提高.学生参与性的增加,促使学生的体质得到增强,发病率下降,上课时精神注意力更为集中,促进学生文化课学习效果的提高.
【Abstract】 In order to explore different school sports models,and fulfil one-hour sports exercise,this paper tries to implement "234" and "3+1"sports exercise through experiments according to school`s facilities and characters.The experinent result shows that students` attitude about the new model of P.E.,exercises between classes,and after classes has been changed obviously.More students attend sport exercise.They are more healthy and are more attentive in class.Their study is clearly improved.
