双功能型乳化剂的合成及其对聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液性能影响的研究
Study on the synthesis of bi-functional emulsifier and its effects on the properties of polyvinyl acetate emulsion
【摘要】 合成了一种具有非离子和阴离子双重功能的乳化剂,研究了使用该乳化剂合成的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的性能,结果表明聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液的贮存稳定性和冻融稳定性有明显提高,固含量和粘度有增加,粘接强度有很大提高。
【Abstract】 A bi-functional emulsifier possessed nonionic and anionic group was synthesized,and its effects on the properties of polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) emulsion were also studied. Results show PVAc emulsion, which prepared by the bi-functional emulsifier, has better stability of freeze-thaw and storage, solid content and viscosity is also increased. Especially the adhesive strength has large increases.
