【Abstract】 The Rietveld’s powder diffraction profile-fitting technique was carried out to quantify the phases Cu2Sb and Cu3Sb presented in a prepared Cu-Sb alloy. The result of the Rietveld method pointed out that the percentage of Cu2Sb in the alloy is 89. 9% and Cu3Sb is 10.1%, respectively. The reliability factors are RP=6.1% ,RWP=8. 9% and S= 1. 0. The influence of quality and collected range of X-ray diffraction data on the result of the Rietveld method has been discussed.更多还原
