【Abstract】 Nowadays,more and more teachers prefer to use coursewares made by computers to teach, which extremely enhance the efficiency and effect. However,there are still some shortages on it. A few problems are found from the current teaching methods. The necessity and the feasibility of new solution based on network. By taking "vc ++ eductation web site for BITI" for instance, It is introduced how to build a full-featured, students-oriented web system from both concepts of function and technology.
