高密度蓝光存储及其扩展技术
Blue-laser optical recording and its extended technology
【摘要】 蓝光技术被认为是第三代光存储的主流技术。介绍了蓝光存储中关键技术的发展过程,并对Blu_Ray和HD_DVD两种蓝光光盘的主流技术方案进行了比较分析。通过分析和比较后认为:HD_DVD技术方案具有较好的兼容性,因而较适合在PC机中应用;Blu_Ray技术方案具有容量大的优势,因而较适用于作为视频传播媒体。对蓝光存储的一些扩展技术,如蓝光多阶技术、蓝光超分辨近场结构技术和蓝光多波长技术等进行了综述。展望了蓝光技术的发展前景。
【Abstract】 Blue-laser optical recording is considered as the third generation of optical storage technology.The development of key technology of blue-laser optical storage is described.Two models named as Blu-Ray and HD-DVD were listed and compared.It is generally considered that HD-DVD is suitable for PC application;Blu-Ray is better for video disk recording.Some extended technologies of blue-laser optical recording such as multi-level,super-resolution near-field structure and multi-wavelength technologies are reviewed.The prospective development is discussed.
