中草药及其生长土壤中铅元素含量相关性研究

【摘要】 实验测定了甘肃定西地区的几种中草药药用部分的Pb元素含量及这几种中草药根系部分土壤中Pb元素的含量 ,通过两者的含量对比 ,考察了Pb元素从土壤到中草药中的生物迁移相关性 .比较了微波消解和高温灰化两种样品预处理方法 ,选择了微波消解法 .用原子吸收火焰法测定Pb含量 ,结果表明 :所测中草药药用部分的Pb元素含量明显低于土壤中的含量 ,说明中草药对土壤中的Pb元素有微弱生物迁移作用

【Abstract】 The content of Pb in the functional part as well as their roots soil of certain Chinese traditional herbs in Dingxi district of Gansu province are detected in this experiment,and by comparing the two contents,the rule of biological mobility of Pb from its soil to herbs are investigated.We adopt microwave digestion method by comparing it with traditional method-cineration method in preparing treatment.Using the atomic absorption spectroscopy (flame method) to detect the content of Pb,the result shows that the content of Pb in soils are higher than that of in Chinese traditional herbs,thus we have the conclusion that biological mobility exists in the transfer of Pb from soil to Chinese traditional herbs.
