【摘要】 将干法回转窑熟料和立窑熟料按不同配比,进行先混后磨和先磨后混配制,对水泥性能进行测定,结果表明,先磨后混的水泥3 d抗压强度比先混后磨的水泥的3 d抗压强度要大。对于28 d抗压强度来说,先混后磨的水泥超过先磨后混的水泥。先混后磨的水泥的泌水率较大,标准稠度用水量较小,但随着粉磨时间的延长增幅都相近。生产混合水泥的工厂在选择粉磨方式时,应尽量采用先混后磨的方法,以充分改善水泥的易磨性和水泥性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The properties of cement,which grinded the rotary kiln clinker and shaft kiln clinker after mixed or before mixed,were tested.The results showed that the 3 d compressive strength of cement which grinded before mixed was better than the one of grinded after mixed.The 28 d compressive strength was on the contrary.The bleeding of cement was improved by grinded the rotary kiln and shaft clinker before mixed.In order to improve the grinding ability of clinker and properties of cement,the grinding method should choose the way of grinding before mixed.更多还原
