容量法测定微量元素预混合饲料中锌、铜含量
Determination of Zn and Cu in Premixed Feed by Volumetric Analysis
【摘要】 探讨了用容量法测定微量元素预混合饲料中锌、铜含量的分析条件;样品用盐酸和硝酸处理后,用EDTA滴定法测定锌、铜合量,再用硫脲掩蔽铜,用EDTA滴定法测定锌含量,总量减去锌含量即可得到铜含量。
【Abstract】 The determination conditions of Zn and Cu in premixed feed by volumetric analysis were investigated. Treated with chlorhydric acid and nitric acid, the total content of Zn and Cu in sample was determined by EDTA titrimetry. After that, Cu in sample was masked with sulfourea, and Zn was determined with EDTA titrimetry. The content of Cu was Zn content from total content.
