【摘要】 建立地钱中芹菜素含量的测定方法。样品用 80 %乙醇水溶液提取后 ,用以硅胶为固定相的固相萃取柱纯化 ,洗去杂质后的流出液为反相高效液相色谱法测定用的供试液 ,克服了高杂质含量基质条件下液 -液萃取法存在的萃取不完全的现象。在 1.6 0～ 12 .80 mg· L- 1 范围内 ,芹菜素进样量与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系 ,r=0 .9995 ;回收率为 98.71%～ 10 3.2 0 % ,RSD为 1.6 % (n=5 )。结果表明 ,该法简便快速 ,分析结果准确可靠 ,重复性好 ,可用于地钱中芹菜素的质量测定更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for determination of apigenin in Marchantia convoluta was established. The sample was extracted by 80% ETOH,then the solution was purified through the solid phase extraction column with silica gel as stationary phase. The liquid which was eluted after the cartridge absorbed apigenin to saturation state was used as a test solution and measured by HPLC-UV. The proposed method can overcome the drawback of incomplete extraction of apigeninfor conventional liquid-liquid extraction method. The linear range of 1.60~12.80 mg/L(r=0.9995),recoveries of 96.93 %~106.12 % and RSD of 1.6 %(n=5) for the method were obtained. The method was proved to be simple,accurate,repeatable,and could be used for the quality control of apigenin in Marchantia convoluta.更多还原
