【摘要】 针对国家自然科学基金的性质和要求提出了提高申请项目水平和获准率的措施。强调基础研究和应用基础研究的特性、项目的前期工作及具有新颖性是项目获准的三大要素。在项目实施方面,着重论述了科研课题组的关键作用,将人员的分工、成果共享、人才培养及经济管理列为重要内容。同时还提供了收集资料、申请书填写、申请人培养及提高申请和实施水平的一些具体方式和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the nature and requests of the national natural science fund,this paper puts forward some measures in order to improve the application level and the getting permission rate of a project.It emphasizes that the characteristics of basic researches and applied researches,the previous work of a project and having a novelty soul are three major key elements that a project gets permission with.In aspect of a project implementation,it describes the key effect of a scientific research seminar emphatically and considers the personnel’s division of labor,achievement-sharing,personnel training and economic management as the important contents.It also offers some concrete ways and methods of collecting materials,filling in applications,training applicants and improving the level of application and implementation.更多还原
