温控电弧法制备非晶态碳纳米管
Amorphous Carbon Nanotubes Prepared by DC Arc Discharge
【摘要】 采用可控温电弧炉,在氢气气氛中,以石墨为原料,于炉内反应室外内壁上得到反应产物,并对产物进行了XRD、TEM、HRTEM分析观察。结果表明:产物为非晶态碳纳米管,炉内温度对碳纳米管的形成和尺寸有很大影响,温度低于300℃时,炉内不形成碳纳米管,当温度高于300℃时,碳纳米管的尺寸随温度升高而增大。制备的碳纳米管的原子排列是一种短程有序排列,是非晶态结构。
【Abstract】 Amorphous carbon nanotubes were prepared by a temperature controlled arc discharge in hydrogen gas.The temperature in the furnace played an important role in the formation and dimension of carbon tubes.When the temperature was lower than 300℃,carben tubes could not be produced in the furnace and when the temperature was higher than 300℃,the dimension of the tubes increased with temperature.The carbon tubes prepared were in short range order with amorphous structure.
