元胞自动机方法模拟再结晶过程的建模
Modeling of Cellular Automaton Method in the Simulation of Recrystallization
【摘要】 建立了模拟再结晶过程的二维元胞自动机模型,并且介绍了微观组织的显示方法,以 MATLAB为平台进行程序的编制。模型采用位置过饱和形核与恒定速率形核两种形核方式,研究了不同算法下再结晶过程的动力学。结果表明:网格规模与邻居关系对再结晶动力学的Avrimi 指数n几乎没有影响;采用交替Moore型邻居关系得到的最终组织与真实组织更加接近;位置过饱和形核得到的再结晶晶粒尺寸比恒定速率形核的晶粒尺寸更均匀。
【Abstract】 Two-dimensional cellular automaton model for recrystallization was developed, the displaying method of microstructure was introduced, and the code was programmed by MATLAR. Site-saturated nucleation and constant-rate nucleation modes were adopted in this model, and the kinetics of recrystallization was investigated under different algorithms. The grid size and neighborhood had little influence on the exponent n in Avrami equation, the final structure resulted from altemant neighborhood was closer to the true structure than that from other neighborhoods, and the grain sizes resulted from site-saturated nucleation model were more well-proportioned than those of constant-rate nucleation model.
