铁-铬-碳合金粉末的穆斯堡尔谱分析
Mssbauer Spectroscopy Analysis of Fe-Cr-C Alloy Powders
【摘要】 用机械合金化(MA)法制备不同成分的铁-铬-碳三元合金粉末,并用X射线衍射、穆斯堡尔谱分析了材料在MA过程中的固态相变、晶粒晶化及磁性变化。结果表明:粉末晶粒减小导致穆斯堡尔谱峰形宽化,内磁场分布(HFD)减小,碳元素可以促进Fe3C为主的碳化物析出,铬元素使粉末更趋向于非晶态转变,并使材料出现超顺磁现象。
【Abstract】 Fe-Cr-C alloy powders were synthesized by mechanical alloying(MA).Solid state phase transformation,grain refining and magnetism variation during MA were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Mssbauer spectroscopy.The decrease of powder particle size caused Mssbauer peaks to be broadened and hyperfine field distribution(HFD) dimished.Carbon could promote the formation of Fe3C.With the increase of chromium,the structure of powders could be changed from crystalline to amorphous state easily.In addition,super-magnetic phenomenon also occured.
