超声电沉积制备纳米金属陶瓷复合镀层工艺
Preparating Technique of Nanocermet Composite Layer with Method of Ultrasonic-electrodepositing
【摘要】 基于超声电沉积复合作用,研究在金属表面获得纳米金属陶瓷复合镀层的基本工艺。通过试验研究了超声波对镀层中纳米陶瓷粒子的含量、分布以及基质金属晶粒的影响,一定条件下镀液中纳米粒子含量与镀层中纳米粒子含量的对应关系。通过超声和电沉积两种技术的有机结合,在常用金属表面获得由尺寸50n m以下的镍晶和纳米SiC粒子构成的纳米级金属陶瓷复合镀层。
【Abstract】 Based on the action of ultrasonic-electrodepositing,the technique of preparating nanocermet(Ni-SiC) composite layer on the surface of metal substrates was studied.The influence of ultrasonic waves on the content and distribution of nano ceramic particles in layer,the influence of ultrasonic waves on the sizes of nickel grains,and the relationship between the content of nano particles in electrolyte and in layer had been studied by experiments.By organically combining ultrasonic technology and electrodepositing technology,the nanocermet layers consisting of nanocrystalline nickel(≤50nm) and ceramic particles SiC can be obtained on surface of common metals.
