机械合金化制备的铁-镁合金在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为

【摘要】 应用机械合金化技术,球磨得到15%Fe-Mg合金,对合金的组成、显微形貌和在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为进行了研究。结果表明:球磨产物中只有铁、镁的单相,而无新相生成,在NaCl溶液中,镁发生了电偶腐蚀,并放热、放氢;球磨40min的合金能放出较多的热量和氢气,反应产物中只有极少量的镁;较低的NaCl溶液初温会减缓电偶腐蚀的速度,并最终影响放热和放氢。

【Abstract】 Fe-Mg alloys with 15at% Fe were synthesized by mechanical alloying (MA), and their composition, microstructure and corrosion characteristics in NaCl solution were investigated. By means of XRD, it was found that Fe and Mg powders maintained their metallic phase in Fe-Mg alloys after MA. In NaCl solution, Fe Mg alloy performed a characteristic of releasing heat and H2 gas, which was the nature of the galvanic corrosion behavior. For a suitable particle size, the alloy milled for 40 minutes released most heat and H2 gas, and few Mg components left in the products as indicated by XRD analysis. The initial temperature of NaCl solution had effect on the reaction speed of galvanic corrosion, and thus on the finally released heat and H2.
