络合剂在制备片状超细铜粉中的作用
Action of Complexing Agent in Preparing Ultrafine Flake Copper Particles
【摘要】 采用液相化学还原法,以抗坏血酸为还原剂,NH3·H2O、乙二胺或EDTA为络合剂,制备了1~10μm表面光滑的片状超细铜粉。在制备过程中,络合剂与Cu2+形成络合物,控制铜的生成速率,影响铜的成核和生长,这是制备片状超细铜粉的关键因素。并研究了NH3·H2O的用量对铜粉粒径及铜的转化率的影响。
【Abstract】 The ultrafine flake copper particles with diameter from 1 μm to 10μm were prepared by using chemical reduction method with ascorbic acid as reducing agent. Aqueous ammonia,ethylenediamine or EDTA was used as complexing agent to control the formation rate of coppers and affect its nucleation and growth in the process. This is the key factor to prepare the ultrafine flake copper particles. Also, the influence of the aqueous ammonia content on the diameter of copper powders and transforming rate of coppers was studied.
