【摘要】 目的了解卡托普利在心血管疾病的治疗使用过程中出现刺激性干咳的副作用,指导合理用药。方法对59例服用卡托普利的病人观察出现咳嗽的时间及程度。结果轻度咳嗽9例,发生率15%;重度咳嗽16例,发生率27%;咳嗽发生时间为服药后24小时至半年,停药后咳嗽自然消失。结论卡托普利引起咳嗽的发生较普遍,只要认识到有此副作用,在使用过程中出现严重的咳嗽及时停药即可好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Understand the side effect of captopril used in curing cardiovascular system diseases and then instruct appropriate medicine use. Method Observe the time and degree of the cough about 59 patients who have taken captopril tablets. Results 9 patients slighly cough, percentage of occurence is 15%; 16 patients serious congh, percentage of occurence is 27%; congh happens from 24 hours to half a year after taking captopril tablets. cough would disappear spontaneously after stopping taking the tablets. Conclusion It is normal to cause cough by captopril tablets. As long as we realize this side effect, serious cough will be better by stoping the use of Captopril Tablets.更多还原
