【Abstract】 Cultivating the graduate student’s creativity is the key of graduate education,which is also the evaluation standard of the quality of graduate education.Further,tutor is the prime factor among many impact factors on the graduate student’s creativity.This paper starts with three factors (which are the system to select and evaluate the tutors,the subjectivity of the tutors,and the external conditionality of the tutors) to analysis the tutor’s impact on the cultivation of the graduate students’ creativity.更多还原
