【摘要】 采用高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定了非育珠背角无齿蚌软组织中锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、铬(Cr)、铝(AI)、铜(Cu)六种微量元素及钙(Ca)、镁(Mg)的含量,分析了各种元素在不同软组织中的分布特征。结果表明:(1)在软组织中,各元素平均含量由高到低依次为:Ca,Mn,Mg,Fe,Zn,Al,Cr,Cu;(2)背角无齿蚌不同软组织中微量元素的含量不同,其中瓣鳃和外套膜中所测元素含量高于其他器官,特别是Mn,Fe的含量最高;Mn的含量甚至超过了宏量元素Mg;Al是闭壳肌中含量最丰富的微量元素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of several micro-elements,such as zinc(Zn),iron(Fe),chromium(Cr),aluminum(Al),manganese(Mn),copper(Cu),and other macro-elements such as calcium(Ca),magnesium(Mg) in Anodonta woodina was determined by ICP-AES and the distributing characteriwstic of micro-elements in the soft tissue analyzed.The results indicate that(1) In all the tissues,the range of average detrmination of elements is:w(Ca)>w(Mn)>w(Mg)>w(Fe)>w(Zn)>w(Al)>w(Cr)>w(Cu);(2)The content of elements in diffferent soft tissue is different.The content of elements in gills and mantles is higher than that of than other,especially Mn and Fe.The content of Mn is higher macro-element Mg,micro-element Al is the most of all in the adductor muscles.更多还原
