【摘要】 为总结高龄喉癌患者围手术期的护理体会,回顾性分析了3 1例喉癌患者术前、术后护理资料。结果表明,通过对术前患者脏器功能的评估及医护信息交流的沟通,术后加强口腔清洁及伤口、鼻饲及气管切开的护理,3 1例中仅1例产生咽瘘,发生率为3 2 %。提示实施针对性围手术期护理干预措施是预防和控制老年喉癌患者术后并发症的有效护理方法更多还原

【Abstract】 To summarize the perioperative nursing experience in elderly patients with laryngocarcinoma,pre-and post-operative nursing data in 31 aged subjects with laryngocarcinoma were retrospectvely analyzed.The results showed that of the 31 cases,pharyngeal fistula occurred in only one patient(3.2%).The following measures were adopted:(1)preoperative evaluation of the patients’organ function and augmentation of doctor-nurse information communication;(2)postoperative reinforcement of mouth,wound,nasal feeding,and tracheotomy care.It concludes the suitable perioperative intervention and care are effective on the prevention and control of postoperative complication in elderly patients with laryngocarcinoma.更多还原
