早熟染色体凝集技术作为生物剂量计的研究

【摘要】 早熟染色体凝集技术作为生物剂量的测定,利用冈田酸、花萼海绵体诱癌素A孵育非刺激人淋巴细胞诱导早熟染色体凝集取代中期细胞融合的办法,能简便、精确地检测出由辐射诱导的早期损伤。

【Abstract】 The premature chromosome condensation technique has been applied for biological dosimetry purpose. Premature chromosome condensation was induced by incubating unstimulated human peripheral blood lymphocytes in the presence of okadaic acid or calyculin A (a phosphatase inhibitor) which eliminated the need for fusion with mitotic cells. It is now possible to examine the early damage induced by radiation. It is simple, exact when it combines with fluorescence in situ hybridization.
