99Tcm标记异腈类配合物的研究进展
The development of 99Tcm labeled isonitrile complexes
【摘要】 99Tcm标记的异腈类配合物是目前国内外应用最广泛的心肌灌注显像剂,在肿瘤的诊断方面也有重要应用。本文简要介绍了异腈配体合成及标记化合物的制备方法,并对99Tcm标记异腈类配合物的发展、分类及应用进展作了归纳总结。
【Abstract】 Tcm labeled isonitrile complexes is the most widely used myocardial perfusion imaging agents, and it is also used to diagnose tumors. This review gives a sum up of the development, classifica-tion and application of 99Tcm labeled isonitrile complexes, and the synthesis methods of isonitrile ligands and labeled complexes are given.
