【Abstract】 Human CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein e (C/EBPε) is a new member of the C/EBP transcriptional factor family, and is predominantly expressed in myeloid cells. It plays an important role in the myeloid proliferation and terminal differentiation, and is involved in the regulation of a subset of myeloid specific genes. In this review, we discussed the structure, expression and regulation mechanism of C/EBPe gene, and biological functions of its encoding products.更多还原
