1652例尿液细菌培养及药敏结果分析

【摘要】 目的了解本院泌尿系感染病原菌的分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药情况。方法对本院2004年1~12月送检的1652例尿标本进行培养,并对456例阳性标本中的504株细菌进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果泌尿系感染率为27.6%,感染的病原菌中革兰阴性杆菌居首位,占82.9%,对亚胺培南的耐药性最低,阴沟肠杆菌耐药性最高,革兰阳性菌占17.1%。结论泌尿系标本的细菌种类和耐药性发生变化,细菌超广谱β内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的产生提示,临床医生在治疗时应根据细菌药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物,避免盲目经验用药,减少和控制ESBLs菌株及其他耐药菌株产生。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the pathogenic bacteria of urinary system infection and its drug-sensitivity.Methods The urine of 1 652 patients from January 2004 to December 2004 was collected for bacteria culture.456 samples were positive and 504 strains were identified and performed drug-sensitivity test.Results The infection of urinary system was 27.6%,82.9%pathogenic bacteria were G~- bacteria,17.1%were G~+ bacteria.Drug-sensitivity results on antibiotics resistance showed imipenem was low,enterobacter was high.Conclusions Bacteria category and antibiotics resistance in urinary system samples have changed.Appearance of bacterial ESBLs hints clinical physicians should rationally select antibacterial drugs in the treatment according to drug-sensitivity results,avoiding blindly using drug,reducing and controlling ESBLs strains and other backers appearance.
