The risk of evaluation exists objectively,and runs through the whole proceeding of mining property evaluation.In this paper,on the base of analyzing the character of mining property evaluation,the risk of mining property evaluation is divided into subjective risk and objective risk,the risk constitutes of mining property evaluation is further analyzed,and relative methods of how to control and avoid the risk of mining property evaluation are provided.
