【Abstract】 IR2175,produced by the IR corporation,is a high-voltage linear current sensing IC that directly out-puts PWM digital signals without any A/D conversion.It can be used conveniently in the motor driver systems as it simplifies the current measurement and protection.The features of structure,the functions of pins and the main characteristics are introduced,and then a typical circuit is provided.更多还原
