N-溴代丁二酰亚胺氧化体系流动注射化学发光法测定水中苯酚
Flow Injection Chemiluminescence Method for the Determination of Phenol with N-Bromosuccinimide-Luminol System
【摘要】 在碱性介质中,N-溴代丁二酰亚胺氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,苯酚对反应具有很强的抑制作用,据 此建立了N-溴代丁二酰亚胺-鲁米诺-苯酚化学发光体系测定水中苯酚的新方法。当苯酚的浓度在1.0×10-5 -9.0×10-4 mg·mL-1范围内,其浓度与发光强度呈良好的线性关系,检出限是1.81×10-7mg·mL-1,相 对标准偏差为1.11%,将该方法直接用到水样中苯酚的测定,取得满意的结果。并探讨了该化学发光反应 的机理。
【Abstract】 A novel flow injection chemiluminescence method was presented for the determination of phenol. The method is based on the quenching effect of phenols on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and N-bromosuccinimide. The linear range for the determination of phenol is 1.0×10-5-9.0×10-4 mg·mL1, and the detection limit is 1.81× 10-7 mg·mL1. This method was used for the determination of phenol in water samples with satisfactory results. The mechanism of the reaction was also expounded.
