【摘要】 目前我国已进入快速城市化阶段,城市化不只是量的增长,更应涵盖质的提升;提出建设和谐花园城市是改善城市生态环境与人文环境,构造城乡统一和谐社会的一条有效途径。基于对6种城市建设模式的对比、分析和总结,对和谐花园城市的概念与内涵作了初步界定;强调“以人为本”,以最大程度满足城乡居民对生态效益、经济效益、社会效益的需求为根本目标,以“四个和谐”为基本原则,即:人地和谐、人人和谐、古今和谐、城乡和谐。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has already entered fast urbanization stage at present, and the urbanization is not only the growth of the quantity, should contain the promotion of the quality even more.; it is suggested that building the harmonious garden city is an effective way of improving the urban ecological environment and humane environment and unifying a harmonious society. On the basis of contrasting, analyzing and summarizing six city-build modes, the concept and intension of harmonious garden city were defined tentatively. This mode emphasized "people first", regarded meeting the demands to the greatest extent of urban and rural residents for ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits as the basic goal, and regarded "four pieces of harmony" as the basic principle which contained four harmonious relations: people-people, people-nature, ancient-present and city-country.更多还原
