【摘要】 与全国相比,吉林省城市化正处于由初级向中级过渡阶段,省域中心城市经济总体实力不强;通过对吉林省历年城市化发展特征和土地利用现状分析,指出了当前土地利用程度低、经济效益差等方面的问题;提出在城市化进程中必须内涵式发展,规范土地市场,强化区域管理,加强监察力度,走可持续发展道路,以便更好地应对振兴东北老工业基地的发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 When compared with urbanization in all nation, urbanization in Jilin Province has entered into a transitional phase from primary rank to middle rank, which is present in the process of general weak strength of center city economy in the whole province. In order to promote urbanization and face the development trend of old industrial base, this thesis put forward that the problems of land use were in the process of low level and low economic beneficial result and so on, basing on the characters of Jilin Province’urbanization and the status of land use. As far as the problems are concerned, this thesis also points out some methods and suggestions about land use in promoting development of urbanization in Jilin Province, such as intensive developing road, standardization of land market, strengthening region management, reinforcing supervisory level and so on. Only by this, can Jilin Province carry out the sustainable development and face the challenge of redevelopment trend of old industrial base in good shape.更多还原
