14MnNbq钢超厚板(60 mm)焊接性能研究

【摘要】 重点介绍武钢首批试制的天兴洲大桥14MnNbq超厚板(60mm)与匹配的WQ系列桥梁钢埋弧焊丝研制进展情况。按照大桥局提出的焊接技术条件,对首批生产的14MnNbq钢(60mm)超厚板埋弧焊进行了大量的抗裂焊接工艺试验及接头性能试验。研究结果表明,14MnNbq钢超厚板(60mm)具有优良的抗冷裂纹性能及优良的接头综合性能。埋弧焊采用WQ系列焊丝匹配均达到了天兴洲大桥焊接技术条件,焊缝综合性能指标完全满足了大跨度大桥制造焊接技术的要求。

【Abstract】 This article is focused on the progress in the development of bridge steel 14MnNbq and its matching submerged arc welding wires of WQ series in Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation. According to technical requirements proposed by the Bridge Bureau, weldability tests on cracking resistance, welding technology and properties of the welded joints with submerged arc welding (SAW) were carried out for the 60?mm thick plate of 14MnNbq bridge steel. The results show that the 14MnNbq thick plate are good in its cracking resistance and the SAW joints. The wires of WQ series are good in the comprehensive properties, which can completely meet the welding technical requirements of long-span bridge construction.
