【摘要】 目的:观察长嘴老鹳草治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效。方法:99例UC患者随机分为治疗组67例和对照组32例,分别用长嘴老鹳草和水杨酸柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗3个月,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率、肠镜病变总有效率、病理总有效率均高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 )。结论:长嘴老鹳草对UC具有明显的治疗作用,疗效优于SASP。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Geranium wilfordii Maxim for ulcerative colitis(UC). Methods: 99 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The patients of treated group were treated with Geranium wilfordii Maxim and the control group were treated with SASP. After 3 monthes, observed the curative effect. Results: The total effective rate of treated group on enteroscope changes and pathology were higher than that of control group. But there were not mark difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:Geranium wilfordii Maxim has mark effect for UC, and it’s curative effect is better than SASP.更多还原
