【Abstract】 China’s sorts of evidence were built up on the basis of the former Soviet Union’s related theories. The author considers that this is neither scientific nor reasonable, because there is not a scientific and reasonable standard of differentiating the sorts of evidence. How to construct a standard of differentiating the sorts of evidence scientifically is directly related to how to construct sorts of evidence correctly.
