【摘要】 [目的]应用高效液相法测定不同来源扶芳藤药材HPLC指纹图谱,并对其HPLC指纹图谱进行比较。[方法]用shim-pack CLC-ODS(6.0mmID×15cm)色谱柱,0.05%磷酸和乙腈梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,柱温25℃,检测波长203nm。[结果]不同来源的扶芳藤药材HPLC指纹图谱有较明显的差异。[结论]固定药材的来源和前处理方法是保证药品质量一致性的前提。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To determine the fingerprint pictures of Euonymus fortunei from different resources by HPLC method,and then make a comparison between them.[Methods] Shim-pack CLC-ODS(6.0mmID × 15cm) column was applied with 0.05% Phosphoric acid and acetonitrile as mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the temperature of column 25℃,and the wave-length of detection 203 nm.[Results] The fingerprint pictures of Euonymus fortunei from different resources showed the different characteristics.[Conclusion]The resource and the preparation of crude drug will have great effects on the quality of corresponding medicinal products.更多还原
