Sr,Mg掺杂的LaGaO3的离子导电性与价电子结构判据
Relationship Between the Ionic Conductivity and Valence Electron Structure of Sr-and Mg-Doped LaGaO3 Ceramics
【摘要】 应用固体与分子经验电子理论(EET理论)计算了Sr,Mg掺杂的镓酸镧固体电解质材料的价电子结构,探讨了价电子结构与离子电导率间的关系。提出了离子导电性的价电子结构判据关系式,得到了与实验规律一致的结果。
【Abstract】 The valence electron structures of different compositions of Sr- and Mg- doped LaGaO3 ceramics were calculated by using the empirical electron theory of solids and molecules. The relationship between the valence electron structures and the ionic conductivities of LSGM was also discussed. Based on the above relation, a criterion for the ionic conductivity was proposed and the results were in agreement with the results of experiment.
