溶胶-凝胶法一步工艺制备疏水性FAS-SiO2复合薄膜
One Step Process for Fabricating Hydrophobic FAS- SiO2 Composite Films Using the Sol- Gel Method
【摘要】 尝试一种利用溶胶-凝胶法制备防腐蚀透明疏水性薄膜的新方法(一步工艺),即按照传统溶胶凝胶工艺配制FAS-SiO2混合溶液,再加入已具有胶体特性的TEOS溶液,配制性能稳定的涂覆用溶胶。通过对溶胶进行差热热重分析确定胶体的特性;利用红外光谱仪对薄膜表面结构进行表征;在不同的热处理温度下比较薄膜接触角的大小。当薄膜在300℃热处理,其接触角达到113°,薄膜表面质量良好,附着力达到GB1720—88相应一级;薄膜的防腐蚀能力良好。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a new method (one step process) was applied to fa br icate transparent hydrophobic films with anticorrosion, which was first to prepa re FAS- SiO2 mixed solution using conventional sol- gel methods, then added in colloid TEOS solution , and acquired stable colloid. The character of colloid w as inferred from thermogravimetric analysis(TG) and differential thermal analysi s(DTA) results; the specificity of films was inferred from FT- IR; different contact angles can be acquired in different treating temperature, which is 113° at 300℃ ; the surface quality of the films is better ,of which the adhesion onto the substrate amounts to the best degree ,according to relevant GB1720— 88 ,and the anticorrosion of the films is excellent.
