煅烧煤系高岭石高温相变特征及火山灰活性研究

【摘要】 通过XRD谱和IR谱研究了煤系高岭石的高温相变特征。同时,通过煅烧高岭石的Si,Al溶出实验和煅烧高岭石-石灰-石膏硬化体的强度实验研究了煅烧煤系高岭石的火山灰活性。煅烧高岭石的相转变经历了4个阶段,其Si,Al溶出浓度与相转变过程有关,Al的溶出浓度在900℃时达到最高,Si在1100℃时达到最高。煅烧高岭石-石灰-石膏硬化体的强度与钙矾石生成量的多少相关。煅烧高岭石中Al的溶出活性决定了硬化体中钙矾石的生成量。高岭石具有较高火山灰活性,其煅烧温度范围为500~900℃。

【Abstract】 Based on XRD and IR, the transformation characteristics of calcined coal kaolinite were studied. Meanwhile, the volcanic ash activity of calcined coal kaolinite was also studied by means of extraction for Si and Al in calcined kaolinite and the strength of hardening calcined kaolinite-Portlandite-gypsum system.The phase transformation of calcined kaolinite was undergone 4 stages, the concentration of extraction for Si and Al was related with the process of phase transformation, in which the extraction concentrations of Al and Si could reach the top at 900℃and 1100℃respectively.The strength for hardening calcined kaolinite-Portlandite -gypsum system is derived from the quantity of forming ettringite. The activity of Al from calcined kaolinite affects the forming ettringite of hardening system. The kaolinite has higher volcanic ash activity with calcined temperature from 550℃to 900℃.
