自来水厂大型水泵水力性能的在线检测

【摘要】 镇江金西水厂二泵房的MABS双吸泵是整个水厂的关键设备,其长期运行在大流量、易气蚀的工况下,为了掌握该泵的实际运行性能数据,利用水厂现有设备和条件,在保证正常供水的前提下实现了水泵机组水力性能的在线检测,为进一步进行水泵机组的性能优化提供了切实的数据和可行的方法。

【Abstract】 The MABS type double-suction pumps are key equipments for water supply in Zhenjiang Jinxi Waterworks, but they have always run under conditions of large flow rate, liable to cavitation. In order to obtain the practical running data of these pumps, on the premise of ensuring the normal water supplying, the on-line measuring of the hydraulic performance of large-scale pump units was realized by using existing equipments and conditions. The on-line measuring provides practical data and a feasible test method for further optimization of the performance of large-scale water pump units.
