微波萃取法用于污泥重金属形态的区分

【摘要】 采用Tessier五步萃取法分析城市污水厂污泥中重金属的形态分布,将其分为交换态、碳酸盐态、Fe-Mn氧化态、有机态和残渣态。在前四个阶段将传统的Tessier方式进行了修改,在每一步骤采用微波加热以减少运行时间。在前三态中,Zn、Pb、Ba、Ni以微波方式萃取的结果与传统方式比较接近,但Ni在Fe-Mn氧化态的结果稍微偏低(回收率为81. 24% );Pb在碳酸盐态的结果偏高(回收率为192. 19% );Ba在交换态的结果偏低(回收率为80. 94% );Zn在交换态的结果偏高(回收率为125. 50% )。Cu和Mn在所有形态中的结果都偏低。有机态不同于前三态,萃取效率与传统方法有很大差异。综合考虑各元素在样品中的形态分布情况和总体重金属含量,可知Ni、Ba和Cu在外界环境中活性较小,Mn、Pb和Zn则活性较大。

【Abstract】 Tessier five-step extraction method was used to analyze the heavy metal speciation distributed in urban sewage sludge, which was divided into exchangeable state, carbonate state, Fe-Mn oxidation state, organic state, and residual state. The traditional method was modified in the first four stages, and the operation time was reduced by using microwave heating in each step. The result of microwave extraction shows that no significant differences were found for Zn, Pb, Ba, and Ni in the first three states as compared with the traditional method, except that Ni is slightly lower in Fe-Mn oxidation state (recovery rate 81.24%), Pb is higher in carbonate state (recovery rate 192.19%), Ba is lower in exchangeable state (recovery rate (80.94)%), Zn is higher in exchangeable state. Cu and Mn are lower in all states. Unlike the first three states, the organic state is much different from the traditional method in extraction efficiency. By giving overall considerations to all elements distribution in sample and overall content of heavy metal, it is known that Ni, Ba, and Cu are less active, and Mn, Pb, and Zn are more active in ambient condition.
