微污染水深度处理的CAN控制系统
CAN Control System for Advanced Treatment of Micro-polluted Water
【摘要】 提出了一套基于CAN总线技术的微污染水深度处理的分布式全自动控制方法,完成了控制系统组态及全自动化系统的软件设计;应用模糊控制技术实现了两路生产线的水量平衡控制;为提高控制系统的可靠性,提出了控制软件设计方面应注意的问题及解决方法。
【Abstract】 A set of distributed full-automatic control system based on CAN bus technology was proposed for advanced treatment of micro-polluted water. The software design for the configuration of the control system and the full automation system was accomplished. The fuzzy control technology was applied for control of water balance on two production lines. In order to improve reliability of the control system, the issues for attention and solution measures were put forward in the design of control software.
