高锰酸钾强化氯胺消毒技术研究
Study on Potassium Permanganate Enhanced Chloramine Disinfection Technology
【摘要】 以细菌及总大肠菌群作为检测指标,采用人工配水考察了氯胺、高锰酸钾单独消毒和二者联用灭活水中指示微生物的效果以及联用消毒时的三卤甲烷生成规律。结果表明,高锰酸钾与氯胺联用对指示微生物的灭活效果好于这两种消毒剂单独使用时的效果,且两者在降低细菌总数及总大肠菌群方面存在协同作用;在通常的高锰酸钾投量范围内( <2mg/L),高锰酸钾与氯胺联用可以进一步降低三卤甲烷的生成量,使处理出水的化学安全性和微生物安全性均得到了提高。
【Abstract】 By using bacteria and total coliforms as detection indexes and synthetic water prepared in laboratory as sample, the investigation was made on the effect on inactivation of indicator microorganism and formation rule of THMs in disinfected water by chloramines and potassium permanganate applied individually and in combination. The result shows that combined use of chloramines and potassium permanganate is more effective in inactivating indicator microorganism than individual use of the two disinfectants. The both disinfectants have synergetic action in reduction of total count of bacteria and total coliforms. Within the normal dosage of potassium permangnate (<2 mg/L), combined use of the two disinfectants can further decrease THMs formation, so that the chemical and microbial safety can be improved in treated water.
