SBR中亚硝酸型硝化的影响因素研究
Study on Affecting Factors of Nitrosofication in Sequencing Batch Reactor
【摘要】 为实现稳定的NO-2-N积累,对SBR中亚硝酸型硝化的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明:亚硝酸型硝化系统的稳定运行是多个影响因素(进水氨氮浓度、pH值、DO值、温度和SRT等)共同作用的结果,其中控制较低的DO值是关键因素之一。过低的进水氨氮浓度和pH值会导致系统运行的不稳定。当DO为0.5~1.0mg/L、进水氨氮为120~240mg/L、pH值为7.5~8.3,在25、30、35℃均可获得稳定的NO-2-N积累。而温度和SRT不是亚硝酸型硝化系统稳定运行的决定性因素。
【Abstract】 The affecting factors of nitrosofication in SBR were studied to achieve the steady accumulation of NO2-N. The result shows that the steady operation of nitrosofication system is due to the co-effect of multi-factors such as influent ammonia nitrogen concentration, pH, DO, temperature, and SRT, of which one of the key factors is to control DO at lower value. Too low concentration of influent ammonia nitrogen and too low pH value will result in unsteady operation of the system. When DO is 0.5-1.0 mg/L, influent ammonia nitrogen is 120-240 mg/L, and pH is 7.5-8.3 at the temperature of 25, 30, and 35 ℃, steady accumulation of NO-2-N can be achieved. Temperature and SRT are not the decisive factors for steady operation of nitrosofication system.
