热处理对“银帝”厚皮甜瓜采后病害的控制效果
Effect of Heat Treatment on the Disease of Postharvest Muskmelon("yindi" cultivar)
【摘要】 以“银帝”甜瓜为试材,研究了热处理对采后损伤接种的甜瓜主要病害的控制效果。结果表明,5 5℃5 0mg/ kg Azoxystrobin浸泡1m in、5 5℃2 5 0 mg/ kg Imazalil浸泡1min、5 5℃热水浸泡3min处理对甜瓜软腐病(Rhizopus)、白霉病(Fusarium )及粉霉病(Tichothecium )具有一定的控制效果。其中以5 5℃热水浸泡3min处理对甜瓜软腐病效果最为明显,完全抑制了软腐病害的发生;对甜瓜粉霉病的控制以在5 5℃条件下5 0 m g/ kgAzoxystrobin浸泡1m in处理效果为最佳。无论是白霉病还是粉霉病的控制均以热化学处理效果佳于单独杀菌剂处理。
【Abstract】 Yindi cultivar was used as material to study hot water treatments on diseases of postharvest melons inoculated with wound. The result indicated that melons dipped with 55 ℃ 50 mg/kg Azoxystrobin for 1 min,55 ℃ 250 mg/kg Imazalil for 1 min and 55 ℃ hot water for 3 min treatments gave a good control of Rhizopus, Fusarium and Trichothecium rots.It also showed that 55 ℃ hot water treatment for 3 min inhibited the Rhizopus rot thoroughly, 55 ℃ 50 mg/kg Azoxystrobin dipped for 1 min was the best control for Trichothecium rot. Control of both Fusarium and Trichotherium with hot fungicide were better than that with fungicide.
